Terms for Quotation:
- The quotations sent to clients are valid for 5 days from the date of quotation.
- SIC Services from selected hotels only. For hotels outside service areas, the transfers will be by private basis only at additional cost.
- Please note, any preference requests (such as type of bed, extra bed, early check in, adjoining or connecting room, room upgrade, floor plan, room view or etc…) are not guaranteed.
- No Hotel rooms/ Services have been blocked at time of quotation. Hotel rooms are subject to availability at time of confirmation.
- Full Payment to be made prior 15 Days of Check in except in Peak Season (30 days).
- Rates may change as per availability at the time of booking.
- For quotations sent on Dynamic rates are valid only for the same day of quotation. Quotation may change at time of confirmation.
- Airport Transfers before 08.00 AM & After 06.00 PM will be on PVT basis only at additional cost.
- Hotels Standard check –in is after 14.00 hrs (local time) and check-out time is 12 noon. (this varies from Hotel to Hotel as per their respective check-in and check-out policies)
- Hotels may charge a Monetary Security Deposit as per respective Hotels policies from the Guest at the time of check-in, to be refunded at the time of check-out subject to no damages within the room/ no items missing.
- If the Guest Fails to catch the (Shared) SIC Transfers, Guest has to arrange his own transfers, because no (Shared) SIC transfers will wait for more than 5 minutes.
- Quotations are based on current tax rates. If there is any change in tax rates or number of Passengers (PAX), the cost will change without prior notice.
- Quotations are subject to availability at the time of Final Confirmations.
Tour Terms:
- Sightseeing are subject to weather conditions or any unavoidable conditions
- No money will be refunded nor compensated for any unused element in the package
- Any damages occur to the hotels / resorts/ palaces / coaches by the pax the same will have to be settled by you immediately.
- There will be cleaning charges payable by guests if the spoil or vomit in the premises/ coach etc.
- All the pax are requested to carry their own Photo, ID cards such as Voter ID, Ration card, driving license, copy of the passport etc., Without proper ID proof pax will not be not allowed to enter Hotels / Resorts / Palaces.
- We are not responsible for hike in airfares, rescheduling of flight timings, cancellation of flights, etc.. Guests are requested to follow the Airlines terms and conditions.
- In case anybody fails to produce proper ID, the booking will be treated as a No- show and no money will be refunded.
- Pax are requested to follow the schedules given.
- The Inclusions and Itinerary is final and no changes will be permitted.
- If any new taxes are added at the time of confirmation, the same will be applied and added to the cost.
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited at all places, if anyone found breaking this rule will be deboarded from the coach immediately and they will have to arrange self-transfer back to their home/ Hotel.
- Neither the Resort / Hotel nor is liable for any thefts, damages or loss of pax valuable items, nor any accidents caused during your stay/ tour. All guests will have to take care of their belongings.
- At all times you are requested to follow safety instructions for each games/ sightseeing’s. Mritsa Tours and Travels will not be responsible for any damages / loss arising out of your negligence and any unforeseen circumstances and situations beyond control of Mritsa Tours and Travels.
- Mritsa Tours and Travels is not an event management company. Any events organized by you are totally at your own risk and neither Hotel / Resort not Mritsa Tours and Travels hold responsibility for the consequences thus arise.
Cancellation Policies:
- Flight Cancellation charge is applicable as per Airline Policy + Rs. 500/- Service Charge will be Applicable
- The tour is cancelled any time before 30 days after booking –10% will be of total tour cost will be deducted
- From 30 to 16 days prior to arrival date – 50% will be deducted of total tour cost
- From 15 to 8 days prior to arrival date – 75% will be deducted of total tour cost
- Cancellation prior 7 days – 100% charge of the tour price
- Cancellation charges for peak period 1st Nov – 31st May is 100% is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date.
Liability of Airline Tickets – Airlines in Financial Crisis:
- This important communication is addressed to our esteemed Customers/passengers, in view of the recent developments in India & Global Aviation Industry.
- Airlines are a business entity offering Air Transport Services, they are authorized to do Travel Agencies are recognized by the Airlines to service the Customer / Passenger by supporting them with booking; issuance of Air Tickets; offering related services; making payments to the Airlines on behalf of the customers / passengers, etc. Towards this role, the travel agency earns a small fee.
- The customers / passengers are always protected by the Airlines in all aspects related to travel; air insurance; air safety; airline administration and all areas governing the travel to be undertaken by the Customers / passengers
- This notification is issued to the Customers / passengers, undertaking Air Travel that for any reasons should the airlines be challenged by financial crisis; cancellation of flights or any aspects of Air Transportation including baggage loss or missed connections due to schedule changes, the liability has always been that of the Airline to the customer / passenger.
- Please note that a travel agency cannot be held responsible for any refunds that are due form the Airlines towards cancellation of passenger tickets. The travel agencies can liaise with the Airlines and upon receiving the refunds towards cancellations from the Airline, reimburse the Customer / passenger with refunds less the cost of such cancellations.
- The travel Agency can cancel ticket issued when the flights get cancelled or the Customers / passengers initiate such cancellation. The initiative to cancel a valid booking rest with the Customers / passenger.
- Travel Agencies can help the Customer / passenger, upon their request, to reschedule their travel on different airlines, if they so desire, to ensure that travel schedule is not affected. Any cancellation or charges involved with cancelling the tour, if any will have to be borne by the customer / passenger.
- Kindly note that the liability of any delayed refund or towards cancellation not paid by the Airline to the Agency due to Airlines inability to pay. Travel agency cannot be held responsible for refunds in any circumstances.
- We thank all Customers/ passengers for your understanding of the situation.
Payment Policies:
- Tour payment should be made not less than 30 days prior to tourist group arrival to our bank account
- Prices are confidential & 50% advance is required to secure the bookings
- Remaining payment is to be made before 30 days before departure
Refund Policy:
- Refund for airline cancellation will be made only after Mritsa Tours and Travels receives the amount after cancellation charges from the airlines. In case the airlines issue credit note/ Credit Shell, then the same will be passed on to guest for future bookings. Such refunds/ credit note/ credit shell are governed by respective airline policies and binding on end customer.
- Refunds for tour cancellation will be done only after Mritsa Tours and Travels receives the amount after cancellation charges from the hotels/ and on ground suppliers.
- All refunds (if any) will be credited to original source of payment.
- Refunds are subject to cancellation policies mentioned above.
- Only qualified cancellations amount will be refunded to original source of payment within 15 working days after Mritsa Tours and Travels receives amount in their bank account.
- Refunds for any cancelled bookings depends on the airlines, hotel/ resorts where the booking/ reservation has been made and it varies from Hotel to Hotel/ Airline to Airline and factors such as the seasonality, duration between the date of cancellation and the check in date, etc.
- Please refer to “Liability of Airline Tickets – Airlines in Financial Crisis” Clause for more details on refunds from Airlines.
